MS. Oasis of the Seas – the Most Expensive and Largest Cruise Ship Ever!

MS Oasis of the Seas is an oasis-class cruise ship in the fleet of Royal Caribbean International. This ship create a new record of carrying over 6,000 passengers and also surpasses her sister MS Freedom of the Seas (also owned by Royal Caribbean) as the most largest cruise ship in the world.
This ship have weighs over 225 thousand tons, that’s more than a thousand blue whales weight in total. And length for 361,8 m equal to four football fields, this ship is more look like floating city rather than cruise ship.
The vessel was ordered in February 2006 and designed under the name “Project Genesis” until finished in 15 April 2009, This ship approximately cost about US $1.24 billion every part within are included such as carpet, spoons and everything.
The ship’s power comes from six marine diesel engines, three Wärtsilä 16-cylinder common rail diesels producing 18,860 kilowatts (25,290 hp) each which consuming 1,337 gallons of fuel per hour operation per engine. and three similar 12-cylinder engines each producing 13,860 kilowatts (18,590 hp), (consuming 1,033 gallons of fuel per hour of operation per engine).
MS Oasis of the Seas is the best cruise ship for families, with many central parks features boutiques, restaurants, shopping centers, sea spa and fitness center, bars, and even first living park at sea with over 12,000 plants and 56 trees, and many more facilities to fill your families need and passion.
